Abstract
The methods of approach used in aesthetic and reconstructive rhinoplasties are quite many. Even now, certain methods are newly presented, revived, or reemphasized, And this means that there are no perfect methods which make no visible scar and expose the nasal framework completely.

Recently, authors have performed open rhinoplasty procedures to correct nasal deformities of various etiology. In over 25 open rhinoplasties, there were no problems with this V-shaped columellar incision used to provide complete visualization of the underlying nasal framework. This approach allows for a more accurate intraoperative anatomic diagnosis and subsequent complete correction of the deformity.

The purpose of this paper is to present our experiences in handling those who required more exposure to obtaine aesthetic and functional results.
